Your monthly membership will auto-renew each month, until cancelled by you. When you purchase a membership, we will send you a special coupon code to use when signing up for classes, events, camps, or parties to claim your member discount.

  • There is no pro-ration or refunds of partial months for mid-cycle cancellations.

  • You can come zero times or 50 times in a month, the price is the same!

  • By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following Membership Agreement:

    This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Bloom Waldessori Play Space (“Bloom”) and the undersigned adult parent/caregiver of membership holders (the “Members”).

    1. Membership Benefits and Fees
    Membership includes entry for one child and their authorized caregiver(s). Subsequent memberships for additional children in the same family includes entry for one additional child and same authorized caregiver(s). Siblings under 6 months of age do not require a membership and there is no fee for that sibling to join older siblings for their visit to Bloom.

    Membership Packages are as follows:

    Tier 1 Membership: $50 per month
    Includes unlimited play sessions for first child

    Tier 2 Membership: $75 per month
    Includes unlimited play sessions for first child plus 1 sibling

    Tier 3 Membership: $100 per month
    Includes unlimited play sessions for first child plus 2 siblings

    Tier 4 Membership: $125 per month
    Includes unlimited play sessions for first child plus 3 or more siblings

    Please note the following:

    2. Change of Information
    The Member shall promptly notify Bloom in writing of any change in address, telephone number, billing information, authorized caregiver information, or emergency contact information.

    3. Term
    The membership contract begins on the day the membership option is purchased, and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file each month thereafter until cancelled.

    4. Cancellation
    Cancellations are not pro-rated and any cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

    5. Disclaimer of Liability and Consent to House Rules:
    Member will be required to have on file a current signed Registration and Waiver/Consent Form, which will be provided on or before Member’s first day visiting Bloom. Member agrees to Bloom’s “House Rules” which are outlined within the Registration and Waiver/Consent Form.

    6. Revocation of Membership:
    At the sole discretion of Bloom, membership may be revoked at any time, or extension of membership may be denied, if the Member consistently failed to observe the rules and regulations or has otherwise behaved in a manner contrary to the best interest of Bloom or its members.
