HOLIDAY CAMPS

Holiday Flex Camp is open to children ages 3–8. Our campers participate in a mixed-age group, with activities designed to be fun and engaging for a range of ages.

A note for parents of older campers: Our Holiday Flex Camp is especially well-suited for children who enjoy arts and crafts, imaginative play, and creative activities. Some 8-year-olds may prefer a more physically active or sports-focused camp experience. We encourage families to consider their child's interests when deciding if Bloom is the right fit!

We offer both half-day and full-day options.

• Half Day: 9:00am–12:00pm

• Full Day: 9:00am–3:00pm

• Before/After Care: $10 per hour

When booking, the calendar will display the camp day as 9:00am–3:00pm, but you'll be able to select your preferred schedule within the registration form.

Half-day camp (9am–12pm) is $30 for the first child and $25 for siblings.

Full-day camp (9am–3pm) is $55 for the first child and $50 for siblings.

Before and after care is available for an additional $10 per hour.

Current Bloom From the Heart students receive 50% off regular camp rates! BFTH families should follow the registration instructions provided directly by the school to receive their discount.

Not at all! Holiday Flex Camp is designed to be flexible. You can register for just one day or as many available camp days as you need.

Each date requires its own registration. Both the Thanksgiving and Winter Break booking buttons lead to the same calendar, where you can select your preferred dates.

Every camp day includes a mix of seasonal crafts, games, and playtime throughout Bloom's indoor play space. We also aim to get outside daily when the weather allows.

Activities vary from day to day, so children attending multiple days will have plenty to enjoy!

Please pack:

• Snacks and lunch appropriate for your child's camp hours

• A water bottle or other beverage

• A change of clothes in case of spills or messy play

• Weather-appropriate outerwear for outdoor activities

Our regular meal and snack times are:

• Morning snack: 10:30am

• Lunch: 12:00pm

• Afternoon snack: 2:00pm

Please pack accordingly based on your child's scheduled hours.

Cancellations requested by email or phone at least 24 hours before the scheduled camp day are eligible for a full refund, minus the deposit.

Day-of cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable. In extenuating circumstances, such as an unexpected illness, a rescheduling option or credit may be considered.
