Bloom Etiquette based on our Montessori inspired philosophy of play:
Respect for Environment
Take care of items as if they were your own. Each broken toy is one less toy for all to enjoy.
Wooden toys are not as durable as plastic. Please be gentle and play with them as their intended purpose.
Put toys back before moving on to the next so that everyone can find and enjoy the toys in their space.
Respect for Others
Please do not run, chase, or play tag.
Be mindful of how your child is interacting with others, respecting boundaries, and being kind.
Help us maintain a hygienic, fun space
Bloom is a shoe-free facility. We want every guest to enjoy a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. To help us keep the play area fresh and fun for everyone, we ask that all children and adults wear socks inside, use hand sanitizer before and after play, and enjoy food and drinks only in the designated food area and not on the play floor.
For health and safety, all children and adults must wear socks during their visit. No bare feet allowed.
Forgot your socks at home? No problem. We have grip socks available for $3 at the front desk.
Planning to visit more than 4 times this month?

Book a Play Session
Booking your open play session is simple, and our team is ready to welcome you and your littles in to play. Let’s get started—pick an entry time that works for you.
-
Reservations are encouraged but not required. Booking ahead helps us prepare for your visit, anticipate how many little ones to expect, and speeds up check-in when you arrive.
We do accept walk-ins, including first-time visitors, but walk-in admission is subject to availability. If a session reaches capacity, we may not be able to accommodate additional guests. Reserving your spot is the best way to guarantee your place.
-
No worries! You're welcome to arrive late, but if you arrive close to the end of our day, your session will still end at the scheduled time. We aren't able to extend sessions for late arrivals.
Example: If you book a 12:30pm Entry time, and don’t arrive until 1:30, we will still close at 2:30 and you will only have 1 hour of play instead of 2.
-
You can cancel your reservation any one of the following ways:
Through your booking confirmation email
Calling us in advance
Sending an email in advance
No-show registrations will be charged if notice of cancellation is not received.
-
Reservations that are not canceled within our cancellation window and are marked as no-shows are non-refundable. This helps us keep spots available for other families who would like to attend.
