1) Play sessions. - book online and enter certificate code at checkout to redeem

2) Parties. - book online and enter certificate code at checkout to redeem

3) Memberships. - contact us to redeem for a membership

All gift cards can be used for multiple purchases until the balance is $0.

Gift cards do not expire. 

If you purchased a gift card prior to 2021, it won't work for online bookings; however, we can transfer the value to a new gift card, so please contact us to take care of this for you! 

If you wish to use your gift card balance on something other than play, party or membership (such as a Bloom Box or toy from our online shop, or an in-person purchase), just let us know and we can manually adjust your gift card balance for the item you want.
